The Reception will be held at the Dr Pepper Star Center, on the second floor observatory that overlooks both ice rinks from below. There are two ways to get to the second floor. One way would be the main hallway. You can access this hallway from either side of the main entrance, and this is where you will likely find the skaters, hockey players, fans and such on this level. Near the sporting store where you can purchase skates, Dallas Stars merchandise and hockey stuff, there is a stairway that leads up to the observatory. Right beside the stairway is an elevator. This entire section should be closed off, and guarded to keep non-wedding members out of the reception area. There is another section that leads up to the second floor observatory, but it at the rear side of the rink, and leads up to the bar area that is located just behind the observatory area. The bar will be open to the public, but again there should be guards at the bar entrances to keep non-wedding members outside our reserved area.
